Group Class Sound Bath with Himalayan Singing Bowl
Class: 432 Hz Sound of Healing / Every Sunday at 10.30 am at Bird of Yoga (Ekkamai 12) (Limot only 8 people)
You should arrive 10 minutes before class start
Our recommend wearing loose light color clothes and should not wear any metal.
The studio provide: Mat, Pillow, Eye mask, Blanket

I have been practicing yoga for nine years and teaching it for eight, and I opened my own studio in 2019. In 2021, I started to become more passionate about sound healing and the profound effect it can have on a person's physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
